Heya.

I just recently Respecced. And only a week later I'm already considering to Respec again!

I wen't from Half Subtlety and Half Assassination.
To Full Subtlety and part of assassination.

I like my first spec because I had Prep and Cold Blood on my side. This in a way guaranteed me atleast 2 Critical hits.

However I fell victim to the cool idea of Shadow Step, I wanted to teleport around fools and backstab them in under a second!

Sadly I miss my Cold Blood.. And Even Worse I'm considering a new spec all together!! I was thinking Subtlety/combat.

So please.. Fellow rogues! help me in this situation. Surerly one of you knows the "Ultimate Spec".

Thanks in advance
AJ Lane

PS: I understand that there really is no Ultimate spec, But I'm looking for one that will give me an overall advantage in PVP. And one that will give me a bit more damage.

I should start by saying I know very little about rogues beyond the bare basics. However, were I to roll a rogue I would probably dip deep into the subtlety tree. It looks the most fun to me and appears to be powerful as well, particularly when paired with assassination (20/0/41 perhaps?). Nothing like being one of those invisible rogues who suddenly appears behind and takes the point after a quick stabbity-stab-stab-stab.

Or something like that.

Prefacing this in similitude to Oki, I know very little about rouges as well. It would seem that the Subtley tree is designed for pve and raiding (there are quite a few aggro reduction moves on the tree). The only disagreement I would have with Oki regarding his spec would be the use of hemorage. Since you are designed for pve and raids this talent becomes AMAZING over a long fight.
