This is to anyone that knows shamans smile


going to be starting arenas soon for 3v3s but im not to sure for gems, do i just go Haste untill im capd. Then SP??

and if i may ask what is the haste/hit cap for Sham, cause im going to be gearing myself for Ele aswell.. and i know gems for him would be Spell pen/hit/sp so on
