A good place to start out is RFC (Ragefire Chasm) which is in the lower part of Orgrimar. Another good one is WC (Wailing Caverns) in the Barrens.

There are ALOT of your people that are around that level in the game, a good idea is to find a person in the guild who is that level, then just get a PUG (Pick Up Group) from there. You will get a lot of exp from the runs as well as really good gear.
